Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in CA.


a highly qualified Plant Supervisor to oversee Dairy Manufacturing operations.


The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced dairy production facility.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Ensure dairy products are produced according to safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement in production efficiency, and reducing waste.


• Ensure that all employees understand their roles and expectations, fostering a culture of respect, safety, and accountability.


• Maintain a Customer in Mind approach, ensuring that both internal and external customer expectations are met.


• Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder production, such as equipment breakdowns, by working with maintenance teams for quick resolutions.


Qualifications:


• Experience: Previous experience as a supervisor or lead person in dairy manufacturing, food production, or a similar role. Experience in managing dairy production processes and programs is highly preferred.
