As a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will support our Consumer Lending Marketing Services as a Testing Coordinator. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Product Leaders, End Users, and Technology groups to ensure quality outcomes for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Consultation and Participation: Engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting. Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of deliverables.
Analysis and Review: Evaluate and analyze moderately complex challenges in Technology Business Systems Consulting, requiring in-depth assessment of variable factors.
Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving moderately complex issues by consulting with others and leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to develop comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and monitor testing progress.
Support technology initiatives by driving quality outcomes for moderately complex business problems.
Assess business, operational, or technical challenges that require detailed planning and direction to deliver quality resolutions.
Serve as an internal consultant, utilizing quality tools to enhance testing processes within technology and business groups.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
