NVIDIA is looking to hire a deeply technical, creative, and hands-on senior application engineer /architect to build the next generation AI powered enterprise products that improve employee productivity and collaboration experience, data security, and power our product development. This role will give an opportunity to collaborate with Cloud, AI/ML & Generative AI workforce in a multifaceted and agile working environment.
What you will be doing:
Build amazing products to improve enterprise productivity using Gen-AI & Co-pilot experiences!
Collaborate with piers to craft, develop, test, and maintain integrated applications and products.
Lead execution of roadmaps for enterprise collaboration suite of products including Microsoft O365, Google workplace, Slack, Teams etc.
Develop integrated systems enabling unified experience across applications and driving insights for end-to-end user experience.
Drive partnership with vendors and influence their product roadmaps to meet our employee requirements.
Design and architect solutions for growth for SaaS and self-host on cloud.
Provide peer reviews to other specialists including feedback on performance, scalability, and correctness.
Actively contribute to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies
What we need to see:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of proven experience architecting/developing collaborations applications including O365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power platform, Slack, Google workplace etc.
Ability to build applications and APIs in Cloud and hybrid cloud environments at large scale preferably in Python.
Technical leadership designing products as well as mentoring and developing high preforming teams.
Experience analyzing data to drive insights to improve experience for users.
Extremely motivated, highly passionate, and curious about new technologies. Take pride in your work and strive to achieve incredible results and possess superb communication and planning skills.
Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects. Coordinates optimally across organizational boundaries and geographies.
Strong background of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience building applications using Generative AI, LLMs, RAGs & Copilots for enterprise.
Background improving enterprise productivity and employee experience leveraging Generative AI based solutions.
Experience leading the technology roadmap for multiple products and influencing product roadmap based of technology evolution.
Experience with Cloud Platforms, experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Excellent programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skills using python is a plus.

The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
