The Administrative Specialist provides advanced administrative support to the Juvenile Probation, handling complex and confidential tasks. This role involves coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations.

How will I contribute
Perform advanced administrative duties including typing, filing, data entry, and correspondence for Juvenile Youth Probation contract. Prepare, edit, mail, track, and manage data, documents, presentations, reports, Admissions paperwork, NOABDs, and Juvenile probation referrals within 3 days of service. Manage and organize departmental records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Record contact attempts through contact notes Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and intake appointments. In collaboration with treatment team provide updates as requested to probation officers Schedule CFTs as needed Complete 4 hours of cultural competency per year. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors. In the course of performing job duties, follows all Kings View policies and procedures, administrative directives, all relevant county, state and federal regulations, and any performance obligations contained in Kings View program contracts with other entities. Other duties as assigned.

What I bring
High School Diploma (or Equivalent) Class C Driving License 3-5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role. Familiarity with and adherence to compliance with the code of conduct and the requirements of the compliance program are elements of performance evaluations and conditions of employment. Familiarity with office management procedures. Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and regulations. Interact with staff and general public. Demonstrate competency in use of Kings Views electronic health record system and Microsoft Office components (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual a plus.
