The Business Analyst (BA) will work under the Sr. Product Owner. The BA will participate in the requirements gathering, design, documentation, and development feasibility of re-writing our classic SmartFusion product to bring it to a SaaS solution. They will also be working on the NGWeb employee portal project.
The Business Analyst will help with conducting gap analysis, the gathering, review and examination of requirements received from the various stakeholders, both internal or external, as well as participate in the various SDLC phases (from the identification phase up to the actual maintenance of the solution).
In addition, this person will also focus on client relationship management and is to provide clients with accurate documents, reports, and key performance indicators, as necessary.

Review and document business requirements and use cases in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtains sign-off
Conduct and document elicitation activities with customers
Participate in needs assessment discussions and gather pertinent data to build the comprehensive end to end solution rewrite to the web.
Play a key role in the design and conceptualization of our new business solution and help manage identified impacts and risks
Escalates high-risk issues appropriately and responsibly and offers up suggestions where and when possible
Works closely with the Project Manager, QA and Development teams to ensure successful project deliverables
Works to support QA team to ensure requirements to test plan traceability are fulfilled.
Coordinate and conduct presentations to internal and external stakeholders, both on site and remotely.
Closely supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Travel (when allowed) to offices and customer site visits up to 25
What will make you stand out:
Previous Business Analysis experience
WinCap or K-12 accounting experience
Experience with converting software projects from on-premise to SaaS solutions
Mastery of managing all aspects for conducting presentations remotely and in person.
