We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with leading tech professionals. Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX and graphic designers to deliver visually appealing web solutions that adhere to compliance standards.
Partner with product owners and customers to develop innovative solutions that achieve business goals.
Review and analyze business and technical requirements, implementing technical solutions to meet those needs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team of full-stack developers, focusing primarily on frontend delivery.
Create unit and automation tests as part of Continuous Development and conduct cross-browser testing of new features.
Support QA and UAT phases of releases, fixing bugs and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop reusable components through an in-house design system library and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, and incident management for supported products and environments.
Skills
6-10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML methods.
Expertise in Content Management Systems such as Sitecore and Wagtail.
Experience with Angular and component-based architecture.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt quickly to change.
Preferred Skills
Advanced experience with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in creating and applying components in design systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
Understanding of API infrastructure and development best practices.
