Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with leading tech professionals.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX and graphic designers to deliver visually appealing web solutions that adhere to compliance standards.

  • Partner with product owners and customers to develop innovative solutions that achieve business goals.

  • Review and analyze business and technical requirements, implementing technical solutions to meet those needs.

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of full-stack developers, focusing primarily on frontend delivery.

  • Create unit and automation tests as part of Continuous Development and conduct cross-browser testing of new features.

  • Conduct peer code reviews, providing recommendations to improve software coding practices.

  • Support QA and UAT phases of releases, fixing bugs and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop reusable components through an in-house design system library and stay updated on emerging technologies.

  • Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, and incident management for supported products and environments.

Skills
  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML methods.

  • Expertise in Content Management Systems such as Sitecore and Wagtail.

  • Experience with Angular and component-based architecture.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt quickly to change.

Preferred Skills
  • Advanced experience with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience in creating and applying components in design systems.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.

  • Understanding of API infrastructure and development best practices.
