The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Global Digital Customer Education Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Drive the global digital learning strategy for Medical Surgical business operations to deploy best-in-class interactive digital learning experiences


• Develops and executes high-level executional plans for Solventum.com/Education experience to leverage existing and new assets to increase customer connection.


• Creates global processes for leveraging digital learning content within local area activation plans.


• Owns the advancement of Med Surg digital learning experiences across a suite of learning platforms including Adobe Learning Manager, Xyleme, and Solventum Learn to best execute on learning activation goals.


• Educate stakeholders on the effectiveness of learning programs through agreed upon KPIs based on educational platform metrics.


• Stays up to date on learning trends, new methods and emerging techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.


• Partners with Med Surg business leads to analyze target audience and programmatic needs, identify learning objectives, desired outcomes aligned to business or marketing objectives.


• Design and deliver in partnership with vendors key digital learning experiences to support vital portfolio strategies.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of combined experience in Marketing or Customer Education delivering digital content and programs marketing experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND twelve (12) years of combined experience in Marketing or Customer Education delivering digital content and programs

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Digital marketing: Expertise in direct-to-consumer digital marketing strategies.


• Learning & Development strategy experience: Experience identifying opportunities within the business for education experiences and partnering with internal instructional designers and learning technologists to envision an innovative learning experience journey for customers.

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to (20% domestic)

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
