Project Manager, Training Services

The Project Manager, Training Services will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of training services to clients. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, process-driven, and customer-focused. They will work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for managing the schedules for a team of trainers and ensuring that all training programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage customized training programs for clients
  • Report to trainers and administration any specialized requirements from clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand and ensure that training meets those needs
  • Manage training schedules and priorities ensuring that all training is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project-related inventory and coordinate orders and deliveries
  • Monitor and report on project progress to clients and senior management
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date for final billing and retention
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management
  • Ensure that all training programs are delivered in a professional and customer-focused manner

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding and use of Microsoft 365

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, technology or industrial electrician or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
