What we do:
We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and innovative leader to serve as the Head of Technology Delivery Services. In this role you will lead a new function responsible for ensuring the Bank's technology resources are effectively delivering technology solutions that are aligned with strategic business needs to optimize business outcomes.
This Function’s goal is to provide enabling capabilities that support technology delivery in alignment with business priorities and requirements. This work includes enhancing delivery execution, promoting modern technology practices, and ensuring risk and compliance management to facilitate the successful realization of strategic initiatives.
Your role as the Head of Technology Delivery Services:
Reporting directly to the CIO, the Head of Technology Delivery Services will bring a visionary mindset and collaborative approach to the Group’s executive team.
You should be excited to model and set expectations with respect to collaborating proactively with colleagues. This includes relying heavily on the expertise and leadership of others across the Group, Bank, and System to achieve shared accountability for desired outcomes in accordance with the Bank’s mission, vision and values.
You’ll oversee and develop high-performing teams responsible for:
Program/Project Management:
Provide support for all project and large-scale strategic initiatives, ensuring effective end-to-end delivery by overseeing progress tracking, risk and change management, and collaboration with both business and technology teams.
Digital Competency Centers:
Enable technology delivery best practices through centers of excellence, including, but not limited to, Agile methodologies, product management, user-centric design, process management, DevSecOps, and quality management.
Facilitate talent development and training initiatives for project squads, fostering communities of practice for continuous learning.
Risk & Compliance:
Identify, assess, report, and monitor technology risk, and drive continuous process improvement.
Oversee technology policies, procedures, and standards (creation and maintenance). You’ll also oversee compliance reviews for all technology-related standards, including change management, project management, and more.
What we are looking for:
Outstanding technology leader who models and maintains a culture of trust within and beyond the team through direct, clear, and authentic communication.
Experience leading and executing large-scale, multi-faceted technology projects, transformations, and process changes in complex, matrixed organizations.
Track record of successful leadership in driving results and proactively managing change in dynamic organizational, technological operating environments.
Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to gather support for business initiatives and strategies across multiple partners with diverse or different interests.
Solid understanding of the software development and product management lifecycle
Salary Range: $300000 - $450000 / year
