Position Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Program Manager for the Pricing team to lead operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by managing key data, streamlining projects and processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The position will work closely with product marketers, pricing and finance managers, and contracting specialists to optimize operational functions. Candidates are expected to be proficient in a highly cross collaborative environment, be extremely detailed and willing to be hands on. The role will represent the Pricing and Packaging team across a multitude of stakeholders with time sensitive requests.



Position Responsibilities & Essential functions




  • SKU Management:

    • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our SKU structure.

    • Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency within our SKU processes.

    • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to SKU data.

    • Developing daily, weekly, and monthly SKU reports that offer visibility into SKU operating activities




  • Team Support:

    • Assist in the coordination and execution of team projects.

    • Act as a key point of contact for operational inquiries and requests.

    • Support the team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment




  • Operational Excellence:

    • Streamline and improve operational processes across pricing, marketing, sales and contracting.

    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

    • Develop and implement solutions to address operational challenges.




  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to key business metrics.

    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support business decisions






Qualifications & Requirements



  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills are required to collaborate across numerous functions including sales, marketing, product development, support, strategy and finance.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a closely related discipline.

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a data-driven role, such as Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to tactfully influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to be timely and accurate in written and verbal responses in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.


Preferred Qualifications





  • Previous experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos

  • Previous experience with SKU management

  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company

  • Comfortable learning new systems and has history of self-servicing on running reports.




Compensation: $90,500 - $115,000



CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
