A dynamic law firm in DTLA LA is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join and lead our dynamic litigation department. This sole Litigation Paralegal role offers a salary range of $100K-$105K and requires a proven professional capable of managing a team of 10+ attorneys and 3 litigation assistants. The ideal candidate is a stand-alone biller with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of all aspects of litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Litigation Paralegal, handling all case management, trial preparation, and e-Discovery tasks.
Oversee and mentor litigation assistants, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work throughout the department.
Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and prepare trial and discovery documents in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate directly with attorneys to provide strategic case support as the department's dedicated Litigation Paralegal.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a strong ability to lead and manage a high-volume caseload.
Demonstrated expertise in e-Discovery platforms and billing processes.
Leadership experience and a team-player attitude with the ability to mentor and guide litigation assistants.
