E-Filing & Calendaring : Ensure deadlines are met with expert management of legal filings and schedules.
Document Creation : Draft complex legal documents from for high-profile client estates.
Proofreading Mastery : Polish documents to perfection with impeccable grammar skills.
Administrative Excellence : Handle correspondence, client communication, and more with minimal oversight.
What You Bring:
5+ years of legal secretary or transactional law experience in a firm setting.
Proficiency in e-filing, document management, and calendaring software.
Knowledge of real estate programs such as AIA, AIR and CAR are preferred.
Strong legal admin skills and a love for technology.
