Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Santa Monica, California, to find an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment.

  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.

  • Manage and organize case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and maintaining trial binders.

  • Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases.

  • Handle client communications and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar role within a law firm.

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Work Hours:



Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Additional Details:




Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour
