About the Role:
As our Trial Litigator, you will lead trial preparation and litigation, including:
Drafting and managing law and motion related to trial.
Conducting witness examinations.
Handling expert depositions.
Preparing for and navigating every phase of trial (A-Z).
A passion for trial work and a commitment to client advocacy.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to play a pivotal role in a growing team. The firm is transitioning from outsourcing trials to establishing an in-house trial department.
