Job Description:

Top law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead and oversee paralegal teams in multiple office locations. This role requires a skilled legal professional with a proven track record, both as a paralegal and as a manager. The ideal candidate will bring well-developed leadership, employee relations, and coaching skills.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage paralegals on multiple teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to legal and organizational standards.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance.

  • Coordinate and participate in orientation and onboarding for all new paralegals.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain best practices and processes for efficient legal support.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

  • Manage paralegal workflow, capacity, assignments, and utilization.

  • Stay updated on legal regulations and changes to ensure compliance and provide training as necessary.






Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a paralegal and at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of process improvement and team efficiency initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of productivity metrics in a billable legal services context.

  • Well-developed employee relations and conflict management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

  • Must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metropolitan area. Out of state applicants will NOT be considered.






Compensation & Benefits:



Offering a salary of $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, commuter assistance program, and more.
