Position Details
Location: Brentwood, CA (on-site; hybrid flexibility available after training) Practice Area: Lemon Law Defense Litigation
Billable Hours: 1850 annually
Responsibilities
Respond to discovery and handle various stages of litigation
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners for mentorship and guidance
Participate in significant trial work once trained and up to speed
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Basic litigation experience (responding to discovery, etc.); lemon law experience is not required
Strong interpersonal skills; personality and cultural fit are highly valued
