• $20.00-$24.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
The Carbon Management group of the Center for Process Engineering Research is looking for hourly assistants to assist with laboratory research tasks related to low-carbon technologies including gasification, hydrogen production, and carbon capture

• Preparation of sampling equipment


• Overseeing experimental testing


• Calibrating test equipment


• Completing analysis of samples using analytical equipment (Pycnometer, SEM, GC, TGA)


• Data analysis and presentation using Excel and powerpoint respectively

• Basic laboratory proficiency skills


• Excellent Organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft products


• Engineering or Science background


• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
