In this role, you'll lead a small but passionate team, reporting to the Vice President of HR Effectiveness & Delivery. You'll help craft and evolve the narratives that guide our 500+ employees worldwide, ensuring they feel connected to our mission, vision, and purpose—and understand how their unique roles drive our success. This isn't about corporate memos or surface-level updates. It's about building trust, fostering belonging, and empowering every single employee to see their value in the bigger picture. It's about making communication the heartbeat of a company where people feel informed, inspired, and ready to make an impact.
What you will be doing
Strategy Development:
Create and implement an internal communications strategy to enhance employee understanding of the organization's goals, initiatives, and priorities.
Develop communication plans for company-wide initiatives, including change management, cultural programs, and major announcements.
Content Creation & Delivery:
Produce clear, compelling, and engaging content across various platforms (emails, intranet, newsletters, videos, town halls, etc.).
Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the organization's brand voice and tone.
Internal Communications - All Company:
Plan and execute all company events, including:
All hands meetings
Coffee corners
In-person fireside chats
Ask Me Anything (AMAs) sessions
Strategic updates and news articles (Sintra)
Critical and urgent company announcements (e.g., VCPs, leadership changes)
Leadership Communications:
Partner with senior leadership to craft messages, presentations, and talking points for company updates, strategy sessions, and employee engagement events.
Serve as a trusted advisor for executives on communication best practices.
Channel Management:
Oversee and optimize internal communication platforms, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance communication effectiveness.
Metrics & Reporting:
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to continuously improve strategies.
People Leadership
Successful management of direct reports, and consultant resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we will require of you
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
Proven leadership experience in designing and executing communication strategies in complex organizations.
Experience managing internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., intranets, collaboration software).
Minimum of 5 years of successful people leader experience.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $201,500 to $282,800, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $227,200. This target is designed to set clear expectations and align with our budget for the ideal candidate.
