Leading Automotive Manufacturer in Fountain Valley is hiring!!

Volt is immediately hiring an Corporate Wireless Device Coordinator for an immediate hire.

As a Corporate Wireless Device Coordinator you will act as the primary contact for all Company wireless devices and is responsible for handling all Company wireless devices and device related issues/ requests. Specific duties entail:

  • Provide support to all departments as it relates to wireless devices (cell phones, wireless hotspots, iPads, etc.)
  • Carry out tasks for new device orders, number porting, inventory management and monitoring, device upgrades, warranty replacements, transfers of liability, terminations, leave of absences (LOA's) deactivations/reactivations, international access, enterprise activations, account cancellations, rate plan and feature changes, invoice review and approval, data monitoring, billing inquiries/research and repair requests.
  • Recycle of old devices and accessory ordering.
  • Carry out advanced smartphone troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Effectively assess and provide advanced smartphone troubleshooting with wireless devices and carrier issues.
  • Coordinate repairs of mobile devices with local vendor.
  • Thoroughly and accurately document Wireless Requests and verify proper approvals prior to processing requests.
  • Maintain appropriate communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of the request and ensure that customers are satisfied with request resolutions.
  • Actively seek opportunities to gain knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Proactively provide assistance and support to team members.
  • Manage and submit monthly invoices and accruals.
  • Coordinator device purchases upon ending contract term.
  • Process mobile device shipments to and from customers.
This is a temporary role expected to last 12 months, possibly longer. Position is full time, 40 hours per week and require you work 100% onsite at the Fountain Valley facility.


The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience managing wireless devices in a corporate environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient using MS Office

Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
