Purpose:

Project Operations Specialist will support the BOM management between Santa Clara and Chandler projects

Responsibilities:

• Support product transfers between Santa Clara and Chandler
• Primary Owner of timely, accurate transfer of BOM from Santa Clara into Chandler PLM
• Account for all outstanding ECN activity
• Drive completion of ECNs where possible and where necessary, advise the full transfer team of any revision concerns for escalation.
• Coordinate with planning/supply chain as appropriate to keep informed of BOM readiness and any part/revision changes.

Skills:

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be analytical, organized, highly motivated and capable of making sound decisions.

Requirements:

• Available for part time/temporary work
• High School diploma/GED required
