Job Summary: • Execute purchasing, order receiving, sub-inventory transactions, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipments of samples/literature orders as well as tradeshow booth materials. • Responsible for order processing and fulfillment of US and Canada sample orders, marketing promotions and literature requests received from Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Customer Service. • Accountable for managing the sample replenishment and invoice processing for third party sample fulfillment. • Create requisitions, approve expenses and services in the FOCUS Center
Required Qualifications/Professional Experiences Years of Experience/Education/Certifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2 or more years of experience in operations, sales, logistics, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing. • Organizational and multitasking abilities • Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a precise inventory of all finished goods in the sample warehouse, including the replenishment of finished goods and literature to sample warehouse through accurate tracking of inventory and forecasting of sample/collateral requirements
Process and ship samples (including trials) and literature to execute the needs of the business
Lead and oversee temporary employees in the FOCUS Center
Responsible for order processing and fulfillment of US and Canada sample orders in SalesForce and Oracle. Process and ship samples (including trials) and literature to execute the needs of the business
Retrieve cases from warehouse to fill orders placed in Sales Force and by various Department leads
Ensure all processed orders are staged in the FedEx pickup location at the end of the shift
Restock shipping supplies, sample inventory and literature in Sales Warehouse
