Position Title: Seasonal Graduate Admission Reader
Location: Clark University (Remote Opportunity)
Compensation: $25/hour, 15-20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Operations, you will:

• Review Applications: Conduct thorough evaluations of master's-level graduate applications, analyzing components such as transcripts, resumes, statements of purpose, test scores (optional for some applicants), and professional/academic references.
• Assess and Record: Record key data points, provide qualitative assessments, and complete reader review forms for each application.
• Provide Recommendations: Submit recommendations to the admissions committee based on your evaluations, ensuring fairness and consistency in the review process.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience reviewing graduate admissions applications, with a strong understanding of STEM disciplines.
• Preferred: Proficiency with Slate CRM.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the international education market.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

Position Details:

• This is a temporary remote position, requiring a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
• The hourly rate is $25/hour.
