Hays has partnered with a local general contractor that specializes in utilities, concrete, grading & paving projects throughout Southern California. They are seeking a skilled project manager looking to join an up-and-coming team to support numerous projects in their pipeline for this year.
Your new role
Overseeing job site and personnel.
Overseeing labor projections
Contract negotiation and administration.
Planning and scheduling the projects.
Negotiating and purchasing materials.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
3-7 years of construction project management experience.
Prior experience with utilities or grading & paving projects.
