Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Facilities Services company to hire an Account Director for their Janitorial Services division
Your new role
The job duties of the Account Director will include the following:
- Oversight of custodial operations across a large campus environment
- Manage Janitorial/Custodial staff
- Project management for labor allocation and service planning
- Act as a liaison between the company and the end client
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 4-7 years' experience as a manager overseeing 3rd party janitorial operations
- Knowledge of local building codes/regulations
- Strong interpersonal and written skills/presentation
- Degree in Facilities Management is highly preferred, but not required
What you'll get in return
Base salary range $125-130K; benefits
