Description: Our client is currently seeking a HRIS (UKG) Consultant
About the Role: Our client is transitioning from UKG to Workday and is seeking a dedicated UKG Consultant to manage UKG operations while the team focuses on the Workday build-out. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and support during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
UKG Support Cases/Ticket Management: Handle and resolve support cases and tickets related to UKG.
Workflow Administration/Approvals: Manage workflow administration and approvals until these tasks are transitioned from HRIS.
HR Data Auditing: Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ad-Hoc/Urgent Reports: Generate ad-hoc and urgent reports as needed.
Company Transfers: Manage and process company transfers within the UKG system.
Security User/Role Administration: Administer user roles and security settings in UKG.
Mass Imports: Perform mass data imports into the UKG system.
Preferred Experience:
Integrations: Extensive experience with UKG integrations.
BI Reporting: Proficiency in business intelligence reporting within UKG.
Benefits Administration: Strong background in benefits administration using UKG.
HRSD: Experience with HR service delivery (HRSD) in UKG.
HCM/Core: Solid understanding of human capital management (HCM) and core HR functions in UKG.
Recruiting: Familiarity with recruiting processes and modules in UKG.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing UKG systems and modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
