Description: Our client is currently seeking a HCM APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT ANALYST- OFFSHORE


This is an OFFSHORE POSITION ONLY.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Designing, configuration, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems and processes related to our Human Capital Management (HCM) module within Oracle Cloud. This position will work primarily on supporting business process and integrations as it relates to Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources administration.



The person in this position:





  • Partners with the business (i.e. Payroll, General Accounting, and/or HR Specialists) to optimize HCM configurations to drive results while streamlining the business processes. This is inclusive, but not limited to, the researching and implementation of new process through the use of configurations, automation, and integrations to automate current manual process.





  • Configure and develop solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global Workforce, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, etc) to meet business requirements. This is inclusive of creating technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e. Integrations Team, Reporting Team).

  • Test and verify completed configuration and development meets specifications while maintaining appropriate security and access control.

  • Work with the business leads through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment.

  • Troubleshooting issues with existing processes and programs and working with business or Oracle Support to resolve, test and migrate fixes to Production environment.

  • Coordinate and lead the testing and validation during maintenance releases (at minimum quarterly) for the processes and integrations associated to the Oracle Cloud HCM module.

  • Work with cross-functional business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop complex queries and provide reports.

  • Assist with formation and execution of data governance framework and standards.

  • Off hours and on call support will be required




QUALIFICATIONS:




Required:




  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent highly related work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience with configurating, developing, and supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM Module.


    • While we are looking for an individual with broad HCM experience, preference will be given to a candidate with direct experience on Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources and Workforce Administration.


  • Track record of managing tasks and working cross functionally with peers to achieve project goals.

  • Proven ability to gather detailed technical requirements to design and develop applications from beginning to end.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • A strong pattern of initiative.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to learn different business processes and technologies.

  • •Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
