Summary: Provide direct leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that highest level of cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained and meets customer expectations. Participate in patient satisfaction efforts and initiatives. Assist with JCAHO compliance. Represent the department in appropriate hospital committees.

Attributes:
Associates Degree or Equivalent Healthcare Supervisory Experience.
MS Windows Word and Excel plus aptitude to learn specialized departmental databases
Excellent Verbal & Written and People skills
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Customer Relations
Monitor service levels in assigned areas on a daily basis taking appropriate action on client concerns/comments.
Respond to concerns and requests with a sense of urgency and take necessary corrective action when needed.
Attends on going staff development and training courses as offered by company and facility to develop better leadership skills.
Ensure and maintains a safe work environment at all times. Partners with the workers compensation team regarding areas of opportunity to continue to keep staff safe.
PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $60,500.00 - $80,000.00
