Job Description:

The Program Manager will oversee the implementation and management of the Abil-IT Training Program. This role includes coordinating all activities, managing and developing Abil-IT team, collaborating with internal and external partners and ensuring the program meets all objects effectively and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and implement start-up of the program 35%
Put together project plan with milestones, tasks and timelines Collaborate with internal and external partners Facilitate regular meetings with project team and advisory partners Collaborate and consult with external partners, including Melwood, the Department of Education and other stakeholders
Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics 45%
Select, manage and develop direct reports Manage budget Allocate resources effectively and efficiently Ensure compliance with all program requirements and maintain high standards of program delivery
Monitor and evaluate program performance outcomes 15%
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assign individual goals to each team member Provide regular reporting and program results
Other duties as assigned 5%
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with data analysis, evaluation and reporting Proficiency in using project management software (Asana) and tools Team management expertise
SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Supervises team of 4-5 direct reports
