About the Role
This role collaborates as part of a team while working independently to support the procurement of products. Responsibilities include creating ERP purchase orders, tracking product status, managing supplier relationships and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Procurement of materials or services
Communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and on time delivery of products
Maintain supplier relationships
Negotiate pricing, terms, and as applicable, contracts
Maintain ERP system related to part pricing, purchase orders, and inventory control
Execute additional tasks as needed

Experience

Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1 - 2 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
