As the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Senior Specialist, you'll help enhance Best Buy's effectiveness through strategic organizational design, data analysis and research, employee engagement, and change management. You'll work closely with leadership, HR business partners and various departments to assess organizational needs. Then, you'll help design effective structures and implement strategies that ensure the health and success of work at Best Buy.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you'll doContribute to organizational effectiveness through organizational design, employee engagement and change managementImplement plans and tactics for projects and initiatives using frameworks, external research, data, benchmarking and change management practicesHelp collect, analyze and summarize organizational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvementIdentify risks using systems thinking and help design solutions for the enterprise and teamsProvide education and coaching to influence greater effectiveness and efficiency using proven tools, external data and change principlesPartner and work closely with HR business partners as well as managers, directors and teams to drive positive business results
Basic qualifications2 years of experience in HR, operations, marketing, business analysis, strategy, change management, industrial organizational psychology or management consulting.Strong written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersBasic understanding of organizational effectiveness, change methodologies, frameworks and best practicesStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualificationsOne year of experience supporting strategic initiativesAble to pivot and adapt quickly to changesOrgvue, Workday or similar HR systems acumen
