What you'll do...


We're looking for a Manager of Creator Operations, who will be responsible for executing Sam's Club Creator's operations, brand safety and creator care strategy. This role will include leading platform operations, optimizing our brand safety strategy, team management, and more! You'll be driving a Creator-centric culture ensuring the highest level of service and support across all touchpoints.


You'll work closely with our business, product, tech, & design teams to foster and manage our creator relationships and influence the development of multiple platforms. You will work on one of the most entrepreneurial marketing roles at Sam's Club, expanding our creator ecosystem and building our position as a content-to-commerce leader. This role will work out of our home office in Bentonville, AR and will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Planning and Strategy - Creator Operations.



What you'll do:



  • Execute daily business operations for creator & influencer channel, inclusive of iterative strategy & framework, creator communications, and activation.


  • Execute strategy surrounding brand safety, customer care, and marketing operations with the intent of providing end-to-end white glove service for Creators.


  • Forecast economics of creator efforts, refining roadmaps based on a measurement framework and minimizing risk to the business


  • Proactively identify potential issues and risks to brand reputation and/or platforms, and develop and implement preventative measures.


  • Determine Creator care success benchmarks and establish methods of measurement and tracking.


  • Manage vendor relationships through managing performance, metrics and identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.


  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines counterparts.


  • Work closely with product team to understand product roadmap and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates.



What you'll bring:



  • A strong track record of driving collaborative success


  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Digital, Operations, or e-Commerce and retail).


  • Established industry relationships and experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations, particularly across media, retail, and/or e-commerce.


  • Effective communication skills - you're equally comfortable hopping on the phone with a new potential partner, meeting them in person, or following up (with a "make things happen" attitude).


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with eye towards building new processes and frameworks that enable efficiency and scalability.


  • Builder mentality - ability to build programs from the ground up and self-start with little direction. Forward-thinking and skilled at building proactive strategic frameworks.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
