Manufacturing Operations Mgr

As the Operations Manager at Kimtech, you are responsible for planning, directing, coaching, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, assembly, rapid prototype and warehouse departments for both Domestic and Global Customers. You will be working closely with others, including the internal manufacturing engineers, global mill engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that priorities, processes, and allocation of resources are aligned and satisfactorily achieve goals.
In this role, you will:
Continuously improve safety systems and lead teams to complete objectives safely, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Establish safety, manufacturing, and quality control standards.
Ensure that all parts, assemblies, and final products are produced on schedule and according to established requirements.
Create schedules and staffing requirements based on the determined priorities.
Provide people leadership, including talent development, performance management, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates, and other stakeholders.
Remove obstacles for team members to ensure timely delivery of exceptional machinery solutions within project budgets.
Manage resources, forecasted expenses, and income to support monthly/annual residual targets.
Manage all warehouse operations and annual inventory average to $1.5mm.
Manage the recognition, definition, and resolution of problems/opportunities to achieve facility strategies and objectives.
Analyze and improve process capability to deliver effective manufacturing design innovation while reducing defects.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 7 years or more of experience in engineering or manufacturing.
Strong technical background and experience, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading people and projects.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by providing clear work direction to a diverse, multi-functional team.
Be comfortable navigating through complex and ambiguous situations.
Possess the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization, drive decision-making, and execute complex projects on demanding timelines.
Operate with a growth mindset and ability to lead a team through challenges.
Have a history of delivering strong results for the business.
Prior experience conducting performance reviews and providing direct coaching to team members
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and departments to drive business decisions and results.

Salary Range: $105,700 - $130,620 USD
Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark include pay and a full benefits package. The anticipated base pay range for this job is listed above, and this position may also be eligible for a target bonus opportunity of a percentage of the base pay. Individual base pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
