Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering roles focused on labor standards
Proficiency in using enterprise-level Labor Management Systems (LMS) such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or EXE
Strong understanding of methods engineering and the ability to maintain accurate methods documents
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Desired
Master's degree
Certification in Predetermined Motion Time Studies (MTM or MOST) or equivalent methodologies
Knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Previous experience in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries
Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with LMS
Experience managing a team of engineers or related professionals
Lead and supervise a team of Industrial Engineers responsible for conducting Predetermined Motion Time Studies (MTM or MOST) to establish accurate labor standards across multiple locations
Implement and validate labor standards using industry-standard methodologies to optimize productivity and efficiency
Utilize Blue Yonder WLM enterprise Labor Management Systems (LMS) to integrate and manage labor standards effectively
Build and maintain accurate warehouse maps within our LMS systems
Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of labor standards with organizational goals
Maintain and update methods documents to reflect current processes and standards accurately
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with established labor standards and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee the training and support of site managers and staff on the application and benefits of labor standards and LMS
Analyze performance metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented labor standards and recommend adjustments as necessary
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in labor management practices to enhance operational efficiency
Assist Continuous Improvement team with the Implementation and validation of various continuous improvement and Lean Six-Sigma projects
Travel frequently for stakeholder interest
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports
