We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Area Director of Marketing and the Sales Team in achieving revenue goals and providing marketing support with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
This role also involves assisting with sales contract creation, database management, and onsite activation execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase audience engagement.
Support digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
Assist the Director of Marketing with onsite activations and events.
Collaborate with the sales team to create contracts, maintain detailed files, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including database management and report preparation.
Maintain effective communication with internal hotel teams to coordinate marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Expertise in social media and digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with prior brand experience.
Strong content creation and creative writing skills.
Proven experience in managing hotel guest experiences, including VIP guests, media personalities, and social influencers.
Present a professional appearance and demonstrate confidence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of marketing and activation processes.
