Meta's Enterprise Product team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking Supply Chain specialist with an experience to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative Supply Chain products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.
Design and Implement capabilities of PLM/PD/PDH modules, or any other industry leading PLM to drive measurable results
Draw up and implement processes to manage processes for LifeCycle of all hardware SKUs
Evaluate, design, implement and support systems to ensure seamless operation of PLM systems with downstream and upstream modules for CAD, manufacture, shipments and compliance
Draw up product roadmap to enhance and support Engineering
Drive process and product metrics, adoption by optimizing application usage
Own application integrations with third party products and Meta's internal systems
Application health, reliability and scalability ownership
Responsible for Vendor product data security, access management and Audit compliance
Drive underlying process reliability and scalability
Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies
Provide strategic and operational oversight for our supply chain systems
Manage SLAs
Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in information systems, engineering, Finance or quantitative field
Proven understanding of product lifecycle from design, prototype, manufacture, service and obsolescence.
Understanding the development and design of robust PLM systems and governance models to maximize the impact of implemented systems.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM applications, including its architecture, functionality, and configuration, as well as system solutions in both functional and technical capacities.
7+ years of experience in building and implementing PLM (Product LifeCycle Management) Systems such as Oracle Fusion PD & PDH modules.
4+ years of experience working on data models with hands on experience to write queries, groovy scripts and perform data analysis
Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs (Service level agreement), defect trends, priority, severity and operational metrics
5+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Fusion applications configuration, customization, OTBI and good hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL. Experience with Groovy script is a plus
Experience with Teamcenter PLM is a plus
Experience in scaling vendor product usage (vertical and horizontal)
Experience leading a team of vendor support teams
Experience quantifying business impact of various work streams and align multiple stakeholders on a common product roadmap
Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions
Experience working with engineers in building extensions (using platform)
Preferred Qualifications:
Vendor product certifications
Domain certification - Industry Association or statutory certifications
Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
Analytical and quantitative skills with the experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Experience clearly communicating data insights to others

$140,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
