Holman Collison Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Estimator to join their team in Beaverton, OR!
What will you do?
Assess damage by thoroughly inspecting the customer's vehicle while using the factory repair guide.
Obtain damage information from customer.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with our customers by demonstrating a proactive nature in pursuing insurance companies for full payment of all repair costs.
Maintain certifications with factory training. (BMW, Lexus, Tesla, I-CAR)
Make responsible financial decisions to protect the relationship with our customers.
Work within the computer shop management system and estimating systems.
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values.
What are we looking for?
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow-up in a very timely manner
At least 2 years of Auto Estimator experience
ASE / ICAR is a plus
Ability to perform quality control on repaired vehicles
Current valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
Detail oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to be a team player
Target compensation: Starting at $100,000/annually (depending on experience)
