JOB SUMMARY:

As a rapidly growing company, Hyosung relies heavily on product management based on solution’s understanding. The Director will have the ability to understand our product and how it is operating in the customer environment and will research actionable product solution plans that conform to customer needs and align with R&D development. The Director will work alongside the product management and marketing teams to conduct market research and analysis, create, and manage launches, develop compelling sales tools that drive demand, and identify and develop profitable partnerships.
  • The Director of Product Management, Cash Recycling will obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
  • Adhere and manage through a product line management process, including working with functional owners to deliver and support product line.
  • Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process more efficient.
  • Develop product deliveries that differentiates products from others in the market based on engineering solution.
  • Define, develop and implement product roadmaps consistent with solution/company vision
  • Bring new products or solution to market by analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with internal/external business partners; product positioning and messaging
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for the end to end ownership of a strategic product line within the project portfolio.
  • Create engineering product solution for market demand and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product solution enhancements via Product Lifecycle Management process
  • Perform market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative products strategy that provide solution for customer.
  • Must have collaborative skills as a product engineering solution manager to work with teams across our organization including sales, engineering, marketing and service department
  • Must have communication skill for both speaking and writing in order to frequently present our product engineering and solution to our customer and sales department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology and marketing or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as engineering, product manager, developer or similar role
  • Strong background in financial institution or Cash Recycler manufacturing side.
  • Knowledge regarding – Product requirement analysis, planning, competitive analysis and product launches and/or integrated product strategy planning required.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and several product application tools.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Banking, ATM, or TCR marketplace.
  • Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of computer science and all Microsoft applications.
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
