Summary: Under moderate supervision, performs a range of responsibilities related to product quality and manufacturing support, and engages in developing solutions to issues that may arise when carrying out these responsibilities. Performs most job-related skills at the intermediate competency level.


Responsibilities:



  • Performs routine and assigned testing, visual inspection, and tasks.

  • Retrieves data, generates data tables, and charts, reviews and analyzes data, and generates summary reports.

  • Assists in qualification trials and processing product through production as needed.

  • Participates in quality audits and manufacturing operations continuous improvement programs as needed and engages in understanding essential quality and training related databases as needed.

  • Assists in scheduling and delivering training to associates as needed, maintaining associate training/certification records, and updating assigned test procedure documentation.

  • Perform related duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some relevant technical training and/or college-level coursework a plus.

  • 1 -2 yrs experience in manufacturing and/or quality role preferred (golf ball manufacturing a plus). Basic math skills and basic competency in relevant software (i.e. Microsoft Office, statistical process control). Must possess basic mechanical competency. Demonstrates curiosity, coachability, and attention to detail.

  • Provides guidance to peers on equipment operation, processes, product testing, and troubleshooting.


Salary: $47,320- $51,220
