Position Summary:

The Weeknight/Weekend Supervisor oversees all University night events in the Garrison Center. There are 2 positions available. One at 18 hours/week, the other at 15 hours/week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Locking up the building at closing
• Distributing all planning forms to the proper departments
• Setting up marquee event boards at night for the following day
• Supervising work study students as needed for evening events
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Good customer service skills
Computer Experience
Leadership and problem-solving skills

General Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday
5PM - 11 PM
Other times as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

An earned high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with event planning.
