Ecore is looking for a Reliability Service Manager to join the Ozark, AL team!

This role ensures the reliable operation and maintenance of customer buffing collection systems, providing technical support and addressing issues as they arise. It involves evaluating new collection sites, finalizing designs, and coordinating installation plans, including securing local resources for installations, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance. The position emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, continuous improvement, and predictive maintenance to enhance system reliability while maintaining critical spare inventory. Travel is required to manage installations and ensure system performance meets world-class service standards.

Hours: Can vary based on customer service needs

Pay: 85K-105K (based on experience)

Core Contributions:

• Oversee repairs and capitalize those extending the service life of trailers or buffing systems by 3+ years.
• Develop, install, service, and maintain preventative maintenance programs for buffing collection systems.
• Track equipment failures and maintenance costs; implement root cause solutions to reduce losses and downtime.
• Manage parts inventory and optimize stocking levels within areas of responsibility.
• Support development, control, and tracking of M&R budgets.
• Provide technical support to onsite personnel and vendors, including after-hours assistance to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain vendor/contractor relationships to ensure service at remote sites.
• Complete special projects, such as creating spare parts lists or supporting capital projects.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical experience, including building construction, equipment installation, and maintenance techniques.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Expertise in electrical systems, motor controls, and mechanical systems (layout, welding, fabrication, rigging).
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CMMS systems; familiarity with Six Sigma, LEAN, TPM, and predictive maintenance.
• Financial acumen and adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and travel- 40%.
