What You’ll Do



  • Sales Specialist: Source, engage, and hire the sharpest sales professionals across inside sales, business development, account management, sales leadership, and beyond.

  • Talent Magnet: Build a network of sales trailblazers through innovative sourcing strategies, personal connections, and creative outreach.

  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, role nuances, and hiring goals that fuel our company’s growth.

  • Brand Ambassador: Sell candidates on the opportunity of a lifetime by passionately communicating our vision, values, and growth potential.

  • Data-Driven Hustler: Analyze recruiting metrics to refine your approach and deliver timely, high-quality hires.

  • Pipeline Architect: Develop and nurture a steady stream of high-caliber talent to meet both current and future organizational needs.


What We’re Looking For



  • Ability to work from our Dallas office three times per week

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record in sourcing and placing sales professionals.

  • Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of sales roles and what drives success in B2B, SaaS, or similar markets.

  • Networking Pro: You thrive in building relationships that transcend resumes—candidates trust you, and hiring teams rely on you.

  • Hustle and Heart: Relentless determination to find and engage the best talent, paired with genuine enthusiasm for people and growth.

  • Tech Smarts: Familiarity with ATS systems (we’re using UKG), sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM basics.

  • Results-Oriented: Obsessively focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience every step of the way.
