Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively searching for a Sales Optimization Coordinator at our Naples, FL campus. The main goal of this position is to support key initiatives such as recruiting & hiring, training & development, sales process optimization, and CRM Platform Management. This position will work closely with Medical Education, National Sales Management, Product Management, Corporate Communications, and/or Marketing Department (and all relevant departments) to ensure Sales Optimization department objectives are being achieved. If hired for this position, you will be eligible for a $750.00 sign-on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings) which will be paid in your first pay period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with Executive Management, National Sales Management, and Key Arthrex departments to support and develop relationships and help to enhance sales process optimization.

  • Assist with formulating strategic PowerPoint presentations to be presented to Arthrex employees, agencies, and the national sales team.

  • Aids in the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales training programs for agencies and corporate sales staff and/or sales management, including an annual review of training practices.

  • Work with agencies and various departments to maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.

  • Coordinate and assist with Sales Optimization team communication, MS Teams and conference calls as needed with a specific focus on Sales the bi-monthly Sales Optimization informational call.

  • Initiate field surveys to analyze and organize results.

  • Provide business support for the Sales Optimization Team.

  • Develop and maintain system for tracking key Sales Optimization metrics.

  • Support the development and awareness & adoption of tools and resources for field usage.

  • Collaborate with Sales Optimization Team on the development and maintenance of course materials including workbooks, pre/post course activities, presentations and agendas.

  • Responsible for developing and fostering business relationships with key outside parties that will support the business plans and growth objectives of the business.

  • Organization and maintenance to the Sales Optimization Arthrex Global University platform.

Education and Experience:


  • BA/BS Degree required. Marketing or Business concentration a plus.

  • 3 years experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience required.

  • Previous sales support experience preferred.

  • Experience in the Medical field helpful.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong follow-through skills are important.

  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.

  • Project management experience preferred.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:


  • Knowledge of Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone

  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
