IDG is looking for an HRBP to support the Head of HR for Sales and Marketing. This person will be a strong advocate for our cultural transformation efforts, actively driving change and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts. Additionally, the role requires excellence in time management, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and successfully. Responsibilities

  • Organizational Design & Development: Collaborate with leadership to assess and design optimal team structures, roles, and responsibilities to meet business needs and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, particularly in sales and commission-based environments, to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
    Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles to meet business objectives.
  • HR Data & Analytics: Utilize data and HR analytics to provide insights that inform talent strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement efforts. Help leadership make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and team needs.
  • Program Management: Oversee the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives within the Sales & Marketing function, ensuring they align with broader business strategies.
  • Leadership Support: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders at the VP level, offering strategic guidance and partnering on key decisions related to team development, organizational changes, and talent management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years Human Resources experience plus 2 years Business Partnering specific experience. Comfortable working with managers/directors on hiring decisions, employee relations, coaching on difficult conversations.
  • Proficiency with excel and creating dashboards; proficiency with the entire Microsoft suite.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally partnering with Sales & Marketing, or similar high-performance, target-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, employee relations, and sales commission structures.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, HR programs, and data analytics.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and providing strategic HR guidance.
  • Ability to use data to tell compelling stories and inform business decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and driving innovation.
  • A strong change agent, comfortable managing and supporting cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

This role can be based 100% remotely in an approved US location.

At IDG, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $90,000 and $100,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable). Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
