Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner. The role involves creating and refining business requirements, capabilities, and features in the actuarial and underwriting domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with project goals.
Feature Development: Define and prioritize features and capabilities for the actuarial and underwriting processes.
Backlog Management: Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the project's needs and priorities.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Agile Practices: Utilize Agile methodologies, particularly Rally/CA Agile, to manage and track project progress.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the actuarial and underwriting domains.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation for business requirements, processes, and features.
Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to the project team, ensuring successful implementation of business requirements.
Skills Required:
Experience as a Product Owner in actuarial and underwriting
Proficiency with Rally/CA Agile
Other Requirements: Must have a solid understanding of general actuarial and underwriting business processes.
