The Judge Group is seeking a DOORS Admin to join one of our DOD Clients for a 6+ Month contract opportunity running a hybrid schedule in Cambridge, MA.

Job Title: DOORS Administrator



Location: Hybrid schedule (In-office multiple days per week in Cambridge, with remote flexibility)



Position Overview:



We are seeking a skilled DOORS Administrator to develop and implement processes compliant with contractual and security policies, support users, and maintain documentation. This role involves a blend of process and content development, administration, and user support in a cross-functional technical environment.

  • Establish processes for authorizing and creating DOORS modules
    
    
  
  
  • Set up processes for authorizing and assigning user roles and permissions
    
    
  
  
  • Implement module creation and role/permission assignment processes

  Content Development:
  
  
  
  
  
  • Develop Wiki or Confluence-type pages for FAQs, Best Practices, and Processes/Procedures
    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  Exporting from DOORS:
  
  
  
  
  
  • Define and deploy workflows to enable exporting different engineering artifacts
    
    
  
  
  
  


•

  • Define and implement a backup/recovery/spill mediation plan

  • Collaborate with a team to establish connections between DOORS and other corporate/program tools (e.g., MagicDraw, 3DX, Jira)

  • Address user questions regarding DOORS and best practices
    
    
  
  
  • Maintain Wiki or Confluence-type pages for FAQs, Best Practices, and Processes/Procedures
    
    
  
  
  
  


•

  • Support users in creating exports
    
    
  
  
  • Create accounts and projects
    
    
  
  
  • Identify, define, communicate, and perform necessary DOORS updates
    
    
  
  
  • Implement and integrate DB constraints and guidelines into modules (e.g., DXL scripts)
    
    
  
  
  
  

Experience Required:

• Experience as a DOORS Administrator
  
  


• Experience in a cross-functional, technical environment
  
  


• Proven track record in responding to user support calls
  
  


• Experience with exporting and publishing from DOORS
  
  


• 
  Bonus: Support deployment of Rational Publishing Engine (RPE)
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen
  
  


• Capable of handling/reviewing/utilizing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  
  


• Able to work in-office multiple days a week with remote flexibility
  
  


•
