What You'll Accomplish:



You'll enhance patient throughput by efficiently managing care in the Medical Short Stay Unit, reducing unnecessary admissions and expediting discharges. Your clinical decisions will improve patient outcomes, addressing conditions before they require full hospitalization. Within the first 6 months, you'll help refine care protocols to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.



Skills for Success:

• You'll apply evidence-based decision-making and medical expertise to drive patient outcomes. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you'll guide care protocols and ensure compassionate, high-quality care. Proficiency with EPIC EMR will help streamline operations and manage patient data efficiently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.



PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
