Summary of Job:

The People Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by administering employee wellbeing programs, performing key administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves guiding employees through questions, assisting with new hire onboarding, managing monthly billing processes, maintaining accurate employee files, and supporting company events and rewards programs. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the HRIS technology team with data audits, ensuring data integrity, executing daily maintenance tasks, and supporting HRIS testing and training initiatives. This role also provides back-up support for the front desk and is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career path in HR generalist or HRIS specialization.

Education and Experience:


  • 2 years of Administrative, HR, HRIS, or related experience

  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS is preferred

  • Bachelors in IT or Human Resources or related field is preferred

Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong organizational skills as well as ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to manage large quantities of data.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Able to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient Word, Excel, Power Point and computer skills.
