Your Role:

Reporting to the Treasurer and Head of FP&A, this position serves as the process leader of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and supports a range of financial activities for the enterprise, Specifically, the role requires an experienced financial leader combining a strong technical skillset with a thorough understanding of corporate business planning, forecasting and reporting processes.   The position involves exposure to senior leaders across the organization, people leadership, and offers the opportunity to help shape and influence operational decisions for the business

Your Responsibilities:

Drive Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the global enterprise:


  • Lead and prepare the enterprise annual planning process, including consolidation and reporting across multiple business lines.

  • Lead and prepare quarterly forecasts across the entire P&L, providing key insights on drivers of performance.

  • Partner with Global Financial Colleagues for month-end / quarter-end close reporting, including tracking performance (vs. Plan, vs. PY) across all lines of income statement.

  • Provide insights and guidance to Regional and Functional CFO’s on deviations vs. Plan and Forecast.

  • Support quarterly earnings, guidance and board of directors presentations.

Provide quantitative and strategic analysis as part of Global FP&A team to inform business decisions with global impact:


  • Conduct business performance analyses around key financial and business metrics (e.g., Sales Growth, Gross Margin, OPEX, Cash Flow).

  • Evaluate trends and identify key risks & opportunities (including levers to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities).

  • Prepare and lead monthly internal financial reviews for CFO and the Finance Lead Team.

  • Provide data & analyses in response to requests from key stakeholders during earnings, monthly close and quarterly close activities.

  • Coordinate with other Corporate Financial Functions (including Treasury, Accounting, and Investor Relations) and maintain alignment and integrity of financial information for internal and external use.

Support on-going enterprise transformation efforts, including M&A, Business Development and other productivity initiatives:


  • Drive integration of business combinations, including Management Reporting / FP&A activities for broader enterprise (e.g., Strategy, Reporting, Master Data / Analytics).

  • Support and be a key stakeholder for system transformations and master data governance as the FP&A representative on cross functional teams.

  • Drive financial consolidations across multiple systems in order to generate insightful analysis for executive team.

  • Provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):



  • Education: Bachelor and / or Master's degree level education in Finance / Business or related field


  • Required Experience: 8 – 12 years of Corporate Finance experience with exposure to Financial Planning / Forecasting / Reporting activities. Strong experience working in ERP systems (SAP, BPC, OneStream).

  • Relevant experience in financially leading strategic initiatives, preparing business cases and presenting recommendations to management that drive business results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfort / experience working with senior leaders.

  • Personal accountability and strong drive for execution.
