Job Description:

Deployed Services serves as a dedicated strategic partner to the government and other clients. We provide professional services that help transform lives, from direct care to specialized facilities and logistical support. To meet our clients’ needs, Deployed Services operates 24 hours/365 days and requires the flexibility to work additional hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.  

The Vetting Specialist performs a variety of general, administrative, and organizational tasks to help the Senior Vetting Manager complete program milestones. 

 Essential Functions:


  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including organizing, electronic filing, and emailing

  • Review and compile onboarding for background investigation submissions

  • Assist with background investigation questionnaires

  • Perform data entry, including maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and documents

  • Create, organize, and maintain electronic files

  • Manage workflow to ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly and timely

  • Continuously monitor spreadsheets and background investigation submissions/results 

  • Prepare and modify documents, including emails, reports, and protocols

  • Correspond with colleagues and candidates via phone, email, and text as appropriate

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Proficient in Office 360, One Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to keep projects on time

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organization skills

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish

  • Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma (or GED) required; Associate degree is preferred

  • Two plus years of administrative support experience is required

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check, as well as an employer and government background check (e-QIP or eAPP), after accepting a conditional offer of employment

Pay: Up to $23.07 hourly
