Collaborating closely with a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team, including social workers, our nurses ensure a seamless continuity and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities span a wide spectrum, from facilitating prescription refills and administering immunizations to assisting with lab and diagnostic orders, conducting triage, and rooming patients. Additionally, our nurses assist with bedside procedures and promptly address patient inquiries via phone calls.
